If there is a choice for zero stars, I would rate it a minus zero for irresponsibility. Have been going here (Tarrytown honda dealership) for over 10yrs now. Usually w/o any issues. However, in 2022, I had my oil change by *********** forgot to place back my lower engine shield cover. Due to the fact that the part is under my car, I couldn't have suspected it's missing. Took the car with a prior estimate- had multiple things wrong. Axle was changed after a significant, multi day delay and the car was not aligned or balanced and s a result drove terribly. Was met with resistance and denials re: drivability of the car. Was told the noise the car was making was the axle and that needed some time to "break in". Awful quality control and does not care about retaining a loyal customer.One of the benefits of going into Honda for service is to get a multi-point vehicle inspection checklist that can help identify the areas that needed maintenance/replacement. Our retired 2007 Honda Civic leveraged the multi-point vehicle inspection at a different Honda dealer for ******* miles with minimal unexpected repair bills. Before that I want to let you know that I purchased my car at Tarrytown Honda and have gotten it serviced only at Tarrytown Honda over the last four years. My appoint was at 9:30.
