Today I went to get an oil change for my Honda Accord and unfortunately I am disappointed with the service Joelle offered me. The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because the mechanic who changed the oil was very friendly and good at his job. However Joelle was very rude. I asked him if my car needs any updates and he didn't seem to care. He just wanted to get rid of me. I am not coming back because of him. I really hope someone disciplines him on customer service.
Terrible dealership sales to service department! This dealer is less than 2 miles from my house but ended up going to DCH Honda in Nanuet. Much better experience from purchase to service!! Difference between night and day! Do yourself a favor stay away from Tarrytown Honda!
Bought a Car last week, Before i left the financial agent gave me her card and said any questions regarding the purchase,contact me and I'll get back to you. I called 4 days ago, left 2 messages and I am still waiting for a call. Obviously this people do not care or keep their word. Go someplace else.

Bad experience with Tarrytown Honda service dept. They let me a senior drive off their lot with bad brakes after they had it in storage for three month. They refused to check them when I drove it right back. I won't not trust them.

You patch my tire and it flattens 1 week later and, although your own mechanic agreed the job was terrible, refused to acknowledge you were at fault and refund our $30. And do not blame us for it happening by stating we "must have hit a pothole". Your Service Manager Mark L. was shady from the beginning. Unfortunate since everyone else there have been wonderful. Look to your managing staff. They are causing your business to lose faithful customers.
