We bought two cars on the same day a few months ago. We had caring, responsible and honest help. When I called to make an appt for service, routine, I believe it was Danny, knew me by name and which cars I own. So convenient and helpful!

Had a great service experience at Tarrytown Honda today! When my car’s battery died today, they were able to get me in and replace the battery, even though they were crazy busy. Danny in the service department was extremely helpful and made sure I had my car back tonight to make sure I could get to work tomorrow!
My visit/experience started out well, but it has been all downhill since then. Came in on Black Friday looking to make a quick deal. I'm an out of state buyer, but I knew what I wanted and they had the color and model. Salesman and financial people seemed unsure how to correctly write up my deal. Came up with a reasonable solution to get me on the road, but it has been like pulling teeth to resolve the final details to my satisfaction. Amazing experience getting my first new car from Honda Tarrytown. Victor Lopez and Neil Turnbull made this a very easy and enjoyable experience in what is usually, at least in my experience can be very stressful. From the minute I met Victor and Neil they did nothing but make me feel welcomed and like old friends. I cannot wait to do more business with them in the future and bring my family and friends. Happy to be a Honda Tarrytown customer.
Purchased a Civic. Ramon and Vin were great. They treated me lime my business and my budget mattered to them. I was blown away at the service and was still in disbelief on how smooth everything went even at the pickup of the car. Very happy with the service I received.
