Where do I start they open this new ramp at twin points on eagle mnt lake. The website says the launch is useable to launch a 30' boat with the lake 12' low. Today I went to use this highly recommend ramp to my shock it was locked down. There was no sign saying low water or closed just locked up, no phone number to call. The lake is only 10' low. Please post some signs to let us know why you are closed and a phone number would have been nice there were 8 boats ready to launch! Also why are you dumping water into lake worth? ... read more
Please tell me - why in the world did the Tarrant Regional Water Board go to an Austin law firm for advice on filling two board seats. Folks - there are certainly plenty of Tarrant County lawyers that are just as qualified, if not more qualified. Why an Austin lawyer?!
No matter one's political bent, there's something to hate about the TRWD. Cronyism and corruption are the legacy of the board to the point where the one board member fighting for transparency may be censured by her conniving colleagues. What has this board produced except millions in debt and a job for a congresswoman's son?
