We attended Tarpy's for my 31st birthday celebration. We had saw the restaurant last year during a Christmas trip to Monterey but it was closed for the holiday. I was eager to eat there this year and let me tell you, it definitely didn't disappoint! From cocktails, to appitizers, to entrées, to service, everything was top notch! The brisket might be the last item on the menu, but not last in taste. It's hard to just pick 1 item, bring some friends and everyone pick an entree and share. Great job chef Tod fisher with the food! To die for!
The dinner was excellent. Roasted artichoke and a basket of Parmesan kale chips were out appetizers . Some type of delicious mango, guavas beverage and then a chicken, cabbage salad with blue cheese and spicy roasted peanuts as garnish. Excellent service and nice atmosphere but the best part of any great dinner is sharing it with friends.�
