Had a meeting with Mr. Leveille - they made sure to take the $350 dollars meeting fee... and that was it after 3 months of calling and just getting the secretary- they started screening calls. So basically I paid 350 just to shake his hand... Stay Away!!

What a joke of a firm! If you want to waste time and energy with lawyers that only wants your money, then choose "Tarpy, Cox, Fleishman & Leveille". We engaged Kelli Holmes with the understanding that she was a professional lawyer who promised to help us. But nothing productive was done beyond her “engagement letter” with us, and collection of a retainer. Her listening skills are non-existent, and her sense of entitlement is off the charts! Don't let Ed Cox become your attorney over any kind of Trust or Estate. He and another attorney whom I won't post due to my identity. But they took so much $$ from my family and I. He seems nice but then you get his bill and it's probably most of what's in the Trust or Estate. In my circumstances he shld have never been appointed as our attorney due to conflict of interest but you know how small town attorney's are and will continue to be as long as you let them.
