I talked with Mary.She is one Great Lady.She explained,helped and even helped me to make my purchase.She guided me step by step on getting the tarp i need and took me through the whole process.She is Wonderful and I will be telling others about my tarp experience and that if they need a certain measurement Mary is the one to call guaranteed.Thenk You so much .You have an excellent Sales person.

Working with Kathy, the customer service rep for Tarps now, could not have been easier in ordering a tarp. Kathy has such a pleasant and helpful personality that I believe I would have ordered a tarp even though I may not have needed one !! And she saved me money by finding a tarp to my liking that was on sale. In my humble opinion quality customer service is almost as good as the product you buy...********

I was able to order the products I needed online and get a discount for quantity. The whole process was easy and the pricing was much better than we had been getting elsewhere. The tape is durable and works well for our application. I will be using Tarps Now for future purchases of the products they supply.

I have to give Tarps Now a sterling 5 star rating with special kudos to Mary who assisted me with my issue. I had ordered two identical 16 x 20 silver HD tarps. When i received them one was of obvious lessor quality as a string didn't end up in the tarps reinforced edge. When called I got Mary who listened, was very pleasant and professional. While I have not yet received the order (it was just placed today), the customer service I have received so far from both Mary and Danielle has been fantastic. Each were very helpful in explaining how to move forward with a purchase order and setting up an account as well as assisting with a minor account setup issue. Both were very kind, patient and helpful throughout the process.

My order had not arrived. I called customer service and talked to Mary. After a little investigation we found that I used the wrong City and Zip code for delivery. "My Bad" She needed to go back to her shipping people and see what could be done. 30-+ minutes later I got a call back (from Mary) letting my know it has been taken care of and I should have the tarp the next day. Great customer service. Mary helped with my needs and got it taken care of quickly. Thank you Mary.
