Great place, professional and personable staff. Centrally located at the Miami Beach.
One of my favorite dive shops in South Florida! Very friendly and competent staff. The shop is very convenient located and offers big voriety of classes, dive and snorkeling trips, and merchandise. Five stars for sure.
My friends and I went to the keys to get our advance diving and enriched air nitrox certification and we were amazed!!! The Spiegel Grove wreck was a dream and so far it is one of the best divings I’ve ever had. Jake was very patient and clear to understand providing us a clear explanation about the divings to be performed and the actions required from us to complete the courses. Thank you for the life experience!!
I was extremely disappointed with the dive center. I drove 4 hours to specifically dive Neptune reef to visit a family member's memorial. When we arrived, there was a commercial crane over the dive site and we were unable to dive it. I completely understand if conditions were poor or if the dive center didn't know about the crane. We later contacted Neptune Memorial reef and they said all dive shops that frequent the memorial were told a few days in advance that the site was closed due to the crane operation. I did my open water certification here with Alexa and Maddy as instructors. I was nervous to dive, but they explained everything in detail, demonstrated and made sure that we had the concepts before moving on. By the time we got to actually diving, I felt well trained so most of the nervousness was gone. Both instructors were attentive to student’s needs, adapted to changing weather and other conditions, and best of all, were fun to train with. I have been contemplating getting my master diver certification for quite some time. I always heard the rescue part was the toughest course. As it turned out it wasn’t easy, but I had a ton of support from the staff. I talked to Jake prior to flying to Miami. He was very polite and thorough. When I arrived he greeted me and was as nice and as laid back as can. Then he introduced me to the sister duo of Maddy and Lexa. They were great instructors. Very encouraging but tough.
