Good atmosphere and wonderful instructor during actual diving. But should partial refund in case of bad weather. Was sent off with Snorkel fins instead of Scuba (not sure why).
Amazing experience finishing our Open Water Certification with Tarpoon Lagoon. Awesome instructors, awesome crew and staff. Valerie is super nice and helpful. Ivan was our instructor this weekend; he was super knowledgeable, patient and all around great guy! Captain Annie is superb. We felt safe and had a great two days of diving. Two thumbs up. This dive shop gets my full recommendations.
This is by far the worse diving company I have dove with in FL. They put me to dive with a guy who hadn’t dove in 18 months and didnt require a refreshener for him before diving. The worse was his comp. trans. Wasn’t working and was installed on rented gear so the guy was diving without air pressure indication. Second dive on a reef and no flag for divers. How about if we surface and get run over by a boat???? But in other aspects wanted to treat the customers like kids and emphasixe trivial things. Definitelly wont dive wit... read more
