I have been going to Tarpon animal hospital for years. I will no longer be doing business with them. I have also recommended them and given them business. No longer will I say they are a good veterinarian to go to. They treated my animals well but they have messed up my bill twice and now with this icare. I think on the business side of things and money handling they could do a lot better.

I wouldn't trust them with my pet rock.
Had our dates mixed up for Joe’s annual shots. The vet knew he wasn’t due until June. We thought it was March. Mary made his appointment for shots. Kelly took him in. When Kelly got there they said they can’t give him his shots until June. I called them asking why they took him in and charged for visit. They said they gave Kelly treatment for small irritated spot near tail. That was not true. They told Kelly it’s nothing and requires no treatment. We will never use their service again.
