The only issue I have with the tarpon animal hospital is the lack of consistency with the Vet's. Its always a new doctor. When I asked where Dr. so and so is the reply is she isnt with us anymore. This is a red flag...why do Vet's keep leaving? Its nice to have some consistency and familiarity with the same vet. I will be looking for a new vet. I must say the girls on the front desk are amazing.
I had a very positive experience at Tarpon Animal Hospital when I brought my dog, Lola, in for suspected ear infection. The reception was welcoming, and the animal care techs and the veterinarian were all very friendly, comfortable, and confident while examining Lola to make a diagnosis. They then demonstrated to me the method for cleansing her ears and instilling the antimicrobial ear drops. I was very favorably impressed with all the staff.
We have been bringing all three of our fur kids here since Oct 2016. We love our vet and all the techs. We are always treated like family and our concerns handled with care and love. We are so thankful we chose Tarpon Animal Hospital. Thank you for taking care of our kids.
They were very nice there and treated my kitties really good. My cat Alvin even got a kiss from the vet on the head. I will def be going back.
Such an amazing place. They were the only place around that would take my sick pit bull right away and thank god because he needed surgery...they treated him like he was their pet. Place was so clean, every worker seemed to love what they do and were so kind. I cpuldnt imagine going anywhere else.
Just left my appt. I was very impressed with how caring the staff and vet were. I've never had a veterinarian take the time to make my pet comfortable and work around her anxiety while doing the exam. You can tell they really care about animals and enjoy what they do. They were great and I am glad to have them so close by. Will be returning for my animals veterinary care!
We have 3 Doxies and have had good service with each one. Staff is very friendly.
My husband took my Dapper here because she was not eating or drinking. I called and they saw her the same day. There was an examination and x-rays done and she came home with some medicine. The doc called the next morning and said she needed emergency surgery because something was happening inside her that needed immediate attention. The surgery was done and we hoped all was well.
