I lived in this apartment complex for a little under a year. It was a decent experience but there are a few issues that left me very disappointed. First off, not even a week since I moved in, my next door neighbor had their unit broken into. I never received an email for any communication by management about this incident. This is amazing place to live, the management is extremely helpful. Especially Jamie Ingram, on multiple occasions whenever I had issues she went out of her way to help me. Love it here.
Jaime was wonderful and professional during the process of me getting approved and moved in. The communication was excellent and I felt welcomed.
This complex has been undergoing renovations and we are renting a newly renovated unit. We met Jamie, the assistant manager, on our first tour and felt we found ourselves at home. Jamie was very friendly and helpful throughout our decision and move in process. We have been in our apartment for a month and we are happy we decided to go with Tarmigan.
I have lived at tarmigan for over 2 years now and recently had to transfer into a new upgraded unit that i love! this complex is night and day compared to the previous complex i lived in before tarmigan. The grounds are always kept up and it is very quiet, everyone seems to be very respectful and management is always helpful. Jamie in particular made my transfer super simple and we worked great together to transfer with as little hassle as possible. i am very happy living in this community.
