Lousy customer service At first I thought I was going to get a solid effort. Instead I got an attorney who did not show up for the case, just a letter to the court. This did not attain the results expected. Then the resolution letter from Mr. Ransom did not even describe tha original case accurately and did not have the correct fine amount. A call to the office to discuss this basically got a reply of "Oh well, that's too bad". No effort was made to help me was made once the case was closed.
