Nice Guy & Nicer Results I want to thank Alex Ransom for getting my MIP dismissed. It would have hurt my career to have that on my record! I'm a senior at WWU. My roomies threw a party and I chilled upstairs. The party was BUSTED HARD by police . . . like a raid or something . . . and they got in the house and knocked on my door. Dropped my DUI to Reckless Driving I'm SO HAPPY I hired attorney Ransom. He totally made a good outcome from a bad night. I was charged with Refusing a breath test on a DUI. It was really stupid . . . the cop was really rude and unfair . . . I got the short end of the stick. He didn't know I had medical conditions affecting me. The state prosecutor wasn't cool. Domestic Violence Dismissed I hired Alex Ransom at Tario law firm. The cops got me for assaulting my girlfriend. It wasn't pretty! She called 911 even though she was drunk and crazy and arguing with ME. She got on the phone with them right in front of me! I didn't stop her. But they arrested me anyway. Not Deported! No Felony!!! So happy I hired the lawyers at Tario Associates. Once, I argued with my family in my own home. My daughter's finace got in my face. One Count Second Degree Theft & 13 Felony Counts Dropped! A previous employer pressed charges for theft and trafficking stolen property even thought during a disciplinary hearing I showed them compelling evidence that the material in question belonged to me. Handled My Older Case Very Well Years ago, I was charged with felony Theft Second Degree. I didn't show up to court and moved to California. Case Dismissed!! I was pulled over for making a wide turn around the Lakeway area. I refused field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. Great Trial Attorney The cops pulled me over for Reckless Driving. They thought I took a street corner too aggressively. Totally bogus. The prosecutor wanted me to plead guilty straight up because of mydriving record. I hired Tario & Associates. They took the case to trial and did GREAT! Attorney Ransom showed the jury that the Pprosecutor couldn't prove anyone was in danger. There were no pedestrians in the sidewalk. I wasn't speeding. I was in control. No drifting. They Got My Case Dismissed! I hired Tario & Associates on charges that I violated a no-contact order. My (now) ex-wife made up a story that I was stalking her. She called police and said I was driving by her home. It never happened. She was lying! Eventually, the prosecutor dismissed the case because we threatened to go to trial. I think we would've won.
