These guys are great , fully insured. Very competitive on price . I feel safe because they spotted a limb that was damaged and dangerous. They care about doing a neat job .

BUYER BEWARE! I received a quote for $1100 to prune a crepe myrtle, cut down a holly and have three major branches cut off a 100' oak tree. The co-owner cut the crepe myrtle and holly. He said a tree climber would come to do the oak. The tree climber never showed up. The co-owner showed up two days later and said another tree climber was on his way. I told him if he could not prove he had general liability insurance, he could not do the job. He called the tree climber to go home and he said he would be back with his insuranc... read more
I have had the occasion to use Tarheel Residential Tree Service two times this year, and each time they have been excellent. Nick is an expert at his craft, and his team work from morning to dusk, and later, to get the trees down and the yard cleaned up. I had huge trees, over 90 feet high, and I watched Nick measure and cut them down so that they fell exactly where he wanted it to fall.
