Exceptional customer service today from Emma! I got a return call the same day and a quote as well. She thoroughly explained the process and I had a special request and she said they could accommodate for that and gave me the pricing to drop off at another location. I was able to get delivery quickly and will be working out the contract details with Karen tomorrow.
I was going to rent a storage container and arranged drop off. The following day, I cancelled and needed it returned. When it first was arranged for drop off, they were a day late and now that it’s time to pick up their day late so when I ask for a discount, they’re telling me they didn’t charge my rental fee. Why would they I cancelled the following day and so for having it on my property, I asked for a discount because now I’m storing their container on my property after past the pick up date and I get denied.
