Need a full time range officer at the range me and my friend were both muzzled multiple times

Came and purchased a firearm on 8/19 (note I own plenty and a ccw holder) put it in layaway was told I was put on delay that if they didn't hear anything I can have it the 24th called everyday to confirm if I was approved or not the 24th came they say I was denied and they couldn't get ahold of me now they sent my money out in the mail this place is a joke no professionalism
Driving to your store for sales you post here but your employees know nothing about is getting old! 3 times in 6 weeks!

The update did not make it over to the rest of the computer systems from our server. Y'all need to get your act together. This isn't the first time you've posted something to Facebook that no one in your store had any clue about. It specifically states "We Just Dropped Our Ammo Prices!" and the guy at the ammo counter tells us "Oh that's tomorrow". Last time it was the safes and before that was the "all out clearance". No one working in your store has a clue what's going on.
