No doubt Rod is the man, answered every question of mine as I was questioning myself on everything. My first compound bow I had searched all over the city and I mean that when I say that. Him and I had a good, fun time and he taught me a lot, no questions asked it was a great experience overall.

Whoever is working the gun counter right now took a call from me. The guy had the personality of a rock, and the customer service skills of an introverted prepubescent clarinet player. He gave 2-4 word answers...offered no real solutions...didn’t provide options...monotone voice...sounded like he loathed his job...didn’t say “thanks for calling” or anything of the like....Epic fail..!! The store doesnt look the nicest, but they have a great collection and their service is amazing. DJ in the gun department, and a young gentleman in the archery department bothed helped me for several hours and gave me tons of info and helpful advice. I would highly recommend.
