Great environment and overall awesome experience and the customer service was on point well thanks to Pete one of the employees which made the Coustomer experience worth coming and coming back
I purchased a Liberty weapon safe over the weekend. I went on Friday to look and further my research. On Friday evening one of their associates spent over an hour with my wife and I going back and forth between two buildings answering every question I had. When I returned on Saturday I also got the full attention of another employee that was equally knowledgeable and helping me complete the purchase. My daughter and I took the CCW class this past weekend and Dave was our instructor. We were the only females in the class and I was very nervous. Dave did a phenomenal job at teaching the class and during our shooting time. He made the class fun but informative and serious. I never felt pressured or rushed and all my questions were answered. He would even repeat or go back over explanations of things and I never felt like he got frustrated. At the range, I was able to take my time and get comfortable with my stance and shoot... read more
