I was with Farmers for 13 years and when I called them to make some changes to my policy not only was the rate ridiculously high but the lady on the other end of the phone was rude so that begun my search for a new insurance company. Thankfully I found Target Up online and they walked me through the entire process which was so easy and the rate was unbelievably low...so of course I bought it. The nice thing was that the people on the other line were great. I called Miss Veronica who works at Target Up Insurance and she explained everything to me in a language I understood and she explained that they do not charge to make payments or to make changes to my policy. Great people, great rates and they insure everything. I just got my 1955 Ford Pick up insured, they beat my current insurance plan and processed everything in minutes. I didn t even have to go to their office. I will be switching over my auto to them real soon.

This is my favorite insurance family. They are so helpful and honest and always take the time to answer any questions we might have on our auto policy. They never charge me to make changes to my policy and that saves me so much over the long haul. These other places seem to have hidden fees everywhere you look.

I called looking for homeowners, picked it up and moved my auto insurance over as well. Great service - friendly and consistent. It is very nice to be able to call out of the blue and have a friendly voice pick up and treat me like I m the most important person at that point. Not just a number. Give them a call. They are competitive and you won t be disappointed.
