Melisssa Green is the property Manager for the complex that I live in. I recently moved here and find her to be extremely helpful, courteous and attentive to the complex. The property is kept up to very high standards. To me it looks the best of all the complex's in this area. The landscaping and the outside is very well kept. I noticed a difference in the property since Melissa took it over. The management company is extremely responsive to any issue that arises.

I’ve worked with Jen Baker and she has been great to communicate with and resolve any issues. It’s important to know that when there’s an issue in the community, that there is a quick response and resolution and Jen provides that.

Jenn Baker is our property manager at the Orchards community. Every time I email with a question or a complaint, she is right on it and responds immediately. She always addresses the issue and also makes recommendations on how to make our community a better place to reside. Jenn is an asset to Target and a pleasure to deal with.

I have known Leanne Zawrotny a little over couple years. She has always been very responsive to several items that have come up. She addresses the issues as best as she can based on the circumstances. She has had some very difficult and complex issues to deal with at the Amberleigh location and in my opinion she has been thorough and addressed the issues. Jenn Baker is a conscientious, experienced, well-informed property manager. She is up to date on all laws governing Homeowners Associations. If she doesn't know something, she researches and gets back to us in a timely manner. She deals well with both vendors and homeowners/residents. As a Board member I love working with her.

Danielle Holmes has been working with Compliance Field Services (CFS) for over a year as we have performed a complex soil remediation project. Throughout this time she has had to deal with multiple homeowners, the Homeowners Association, and CFS. She has always been reasonable to work with, calm in her demeanor, and handled the public in a professional manner. She has done an admirable job in a difficult position.
