I love this optical place and their staff.
I was assisted by a very kind lady in fixing my glasses, it only took a couple of minutes but I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
This place is great!!! I called in the evening like 15 minutes before closing time because one of their competitors nearby wouldn’t service me for something small. But John was great thru the whole process and replaced my nose pad on my glasses in minutes even though they were about to close. I truly appreciate his effort and the convenience of this place being inside of a store I frequent. I will look to shop here for new glasses when it’s time for me to upgrade. Big thanks to John and his customer service.
Very friendly staff. Took time to acknowledge everyone coming into space with a large friendly smile! She looked up the different prices difference and helped me navigate the best price for what I needed.
