One of the most thorough eye exams I ever had! There were many frames to choose from and the sales associate made sure I was able to use as many discounts as possible. There was no high pressure to make a purchase. If you want a great experience from start to finish, go to the HB target on Brookhurst Street!
Terrible customer service! On 07/08/2024 I ordered contact lenses and eyeglasses, the first girl was nice and I made my purchase with her, but the second girl that answered the phone today on the 07/30/2024 (long hair lady) she was making lie after lie when I called to see if my glasses were ready. First she said that they never notified me because they never do, then she said that the glases arrived at the store since the 20th, (yet they never notified me). Maggie and Angela were both great and Attentive. My son and I both had a great experience. All our questions were answered thoroughly and over visit was quick and sweet. Highly recommend to visit and purchase at this store.
