i stopped by Target Optical without an appointment, and Keaton was incredibly friendly and helpful. He adjusted my glasses perfectly in just a few minutes and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great service!
In Oct 2025, I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban eyeglasses from this location. Sean assisted me and my experience was very customer focused as well as professional. He is very knowledgeable about frames and lenses and I do plan to purchase a spare pair this year and hope that Sean can assist me again. I would highly recommend this eyecare center to everyone who needs a new pair.
The optical dept in Target on Balboa in San Diego is very well run and the staff is really great! Thanks to the knowledgeable optician and to Bryant and Zhen for excellent customer service. I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment, and departed with great solutions for my vision. Highly recommend.
Stopped in on my lunch to pick up frames and Sean and Bryan got me taken care of super fast. Incredibly nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 experience with this vision place, as someone who has always gone to standalone optometrists. I’m a new loyal customer.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was so friendly! Dr Keane’s eye exam was great, she is so knowledgeable. The entire staff, Zhen, Keeton, Sean, and Julia, made us feel comfortable, helped pick out glasses, and walked us through insurance concerns. We will definitely be returning customers and telling our friends!
