I received outstanding service from Miguel. He took his time and showed me various styles of frames that suited my taste and were flattering. He was friendly, and also knowledgeable about my unique prescription mostly for correcting astigmatism. I was truly impressed by his patience and understanding of my specific needs. I would rate his service 11 out 10!

Another outstanding experience at Target Optical! Warm, helpful staff guided me effortlessly from start to finish. Dr. Ami Patel was incredibly caring, taking the time to explain my options in detail and ensuring I felt confident in my choices. The attentive team (Heather, in particular) assisted with frame selection and fitting, offering affordable, efficient, and friendly service. 5 stars; I'll return and recommend!
Update 2025: Had another fantastic experience yesterday. There was an issue with verifying my insurance so Chelsea (my apologies if I spelled it wrong) took the time to help me by dealing with my insurance’s customer service for about 15-20 minutes. I offered to reschedule my appointment so I wouldn’t hold anyone else up but she said they could likely squeeze me in if I didn’t mind waiting. The doctor was very nice. I did not like my second visit. It was to discuss/pick up contacts. Both assistants were busy with people. Once the doctor called one of the customers being helped back, this other customer happened to walk in. The assistant immediately helped him despite me waiting there for 5-10mins already. He was picking up glasses and having them checked. I left and came back, and I was finally asked if I needed help.
