I do not shop at Target because of their crap DEI policy but the optical department there is an external provider and they were amazing. Dr Patel took her time and gave me a thorough examination with a lot of explanation. Then when it came time to picking glasses, Heather was amazing. Great store.
It take a lot for me to even bother with a review and I've just had such a poor experience with this location. It's my first time using a Target Optical and I won't again. I had my appointment two days ago and the doctor suggested dialating my eyes and having an additional test done, so I did that (was charged for the extra test) and then was asked to sit and wait. 40 minutes later the doctor was still with another patient and I had to leave for another appointment.
