I've been coming to MS Vision Care/Target Optical for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Hunker is great! He really takes the time to explain things in plain language and is so kind. Heather is an insurance wiz, making sure you get the best value for your money. We had a great chat about her AI glasses and the features that help assist people with audio or visual impairments. Overall a 5 star visit!
I have no copay but they always find some way to charge "necessary" fees, today it was $39 for who even knows what and they make it so difficult to use insurance or explain anything. I've never successfully purchased glasses here even though wanting to many times over the years.
