I did the eye exam and bought contact lenses a while ago and went to get the screws fixed today. All the staff were very nice.
I go to the Target Optical in East Liberty. Lisa is the TOPS. Her personality is awesome. Her knowledge of what looks good on the customers, her caring and concern for ensuring each person receives the right look for them is continual. She NEVER MISSES A BEAT. I have had to come in for reajustments on my glasses and Lisa NEVER gets irritated, or short tempered with the customers. No matter how packed that extremely busy Target is.
