We had such a wonderful experience at Optical! Lisa was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful while helping my little girl choose her glasses. She made her feel comfortable and welcome and took the time to help her find a pair she loved. A few months later, a screw fell out of her glasses, so we stopped by to have them fixed. I had such a wonderful experience with Lisa Ross at Target Optical. I first met Lisa about three weeks ago when I stopped in without an appointment. Even though she was very busy helping several customers, I noticed how kind, patient, and helpful she was with everyone. Lisa still took the time to help me and suggested that I choose the frames I liked and save the information for my appointment.
