Will never go to target optical again. My daughter is out of contacts and they won’t let us order any until after we come in again. I understand needing to be seen annually and I was willing to make an appt for within a week but to allow her to go without seeing at all until they bully you into a new appt is wrong. We’ve been going here for years and never been treated so rude. We will take our family to a batter vision store.
I dropped in on a whim to see if my glasses were too loose to be repaired. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and tightened my frames (and even cleaned the lenses for me) at no charge and sent me on my way with what feels like a new pair or glasses!
This store truly exceeded my expectations! Even though I’m not a regular patient and just happened to stop by while I was out of the area, the team went above and beyond to assist me. I needed advice on solutions for my hard scleral contacts, and the optometrist not only gave me thoughtful recommendations but even provided samples when she found out I had just run out.
