Alex is very personal and did an excellent job helping me pick out frames and with explanations of everything about the lenses, insurance, options etc.
I stopped in and the employee helped answer questions I had about the new insurance for our family. She was thorough, helpful and courteous, so I booked an appointment. My appointment day was efficient, the doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them, gave his professional expertise and personal advice, and the employee that assisted me afterwards went above and beyond in helping me order my contacts. I have been purchasing from target optical and getting my exams there for the past 10 years. I have had excellent service and have spent thousands of dollars on eyewear(glasses, sunglasses, exams). At this specific location, my experience has not been great. The last two times, I purchased two sets of eyewear that totaled over 500 dollars. I was told that I would get 40 percent off on the second pair of glasses I bought, however, when the person went to check out my order, I was told I would only get 20 percent off.
