WOW ! Amazing staff. They were very insightful, honest and professional. Tyler helped me find glasses in my budget. She went above and beyond and brought me every pair of purple frames I didn't feel pressured. She was knowledgeable about insurance. The store is very clean, organized, and calming. It had a wide variety of options in the more affordable section but also a lot of designer frames. A lot of cute purple frames.

I came in for an eye exam after making an appointment online. The doctor was great. Appointment was quick. then I started shopping for frames. The lady that was assisting me was doing the bare minimum. She just sat at the desk didn’t say much to me. Another lady told me where they stored extra frames which was nice because the first lady didn’t. I asked for a print out of what the lenses cost and what insurance covered and she implied “it would be on the receipt” I also asked if they would ship to my house & she said it woul... read more
