Absolutely disgusted by the customer service here. I am in the hospital awaiting EMERGENCY surgery and some young girl called back to back - I told her I couldn’t talk on the phone cause I’m in the hospital so she canceled my appt without my consent. Then when I called back she had the AUDACITY to tell me that “I could talk because I called her back” rude and nasty for no reason. I would like someone from Targets corporate office to review that call if possible.
I recently stopped in at Target Optical department - Sharron was very helpful, & took care of my needs promptly.
Sharron was so helpful in selecting my daughter’s first pair of glasses. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the frames and assisted my daughter in finding the right ones for her face. I would definitely return.
Rikki in the optical department on Virginia Beach Blvd. was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. We will be visiting her in the future for all of our optical needs. Thank you for great customer service!
Tech not the friendliest person. Doctor was really great though. Still waiting for someone to call me back about my contact trials. They told me one week. It's now going on 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. I've left two messages now.
