Had a great experience Ms Candace helped me pick out a nice pair of glasses and sunglasses and told us about the sale they had going on I’ve come to this location in the past and this is the only place I ever buy glasses from because I like the selection and the customer service
I wouldn’t even bother scheduling here. They will just cancel your appointment and not tell you until you arrive at your scheduled time.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I made an appointment got the confirmation, filled out the paperwork online and came to my appointment only to find out that they had canceled it without giving us any notice and their only response was “you must have missed our call.” There were no calls or correspondence other than the appointment confirmation. I would not even bother scheduling here what a waste of time.
Overall my experience was great. I had two prescriptions and was assisted in the most helpful friendly manner. I ordered a pair of Coach frames for regular glasses and ordered frames for my new readers from the adequate variety of frames available. It took a little over a week but they had incidentally used only one prescription for both frames. I had to wait another week to receive the properly prescribed lenses for my readers frames.
