Dr. Bade was excellent. Very professional and also very communicative to our questions and concerns about our eye care. Also seems to be just a genuinely nice person. Also, Crystal and Chad provided excellent service with tending to us finding the perfect pair of glasses that we would be most comfortable with. Highly recommend this optical department at Target. Only issue is getting a hold of them by phone. Quite often there is no answer and the voicemail is full.
My first time at a Target Optimal. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this location & team were fantastic - caring, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Dr. Hall is fabulous. I’m happy with my experience and will be returning for future exams.
