Amazing customer service, Fixed my glasses less than 5 minutes, and an amazing kind lady as company.
I’m happy to always go to Target Optical in Sherman Oaks/Va Nuys. The main reason is the staff especially Sandra. She is always willing to go the extra mile. I had a small screw missing from my glasses and she quickly fixed the issue, cleaned up the glasses and did so with a bright personality and engaging smile. She truly made my day! I highly recommend others to use the optical department if they have a need for new glasses or even a repair.
