Walked in with my husband as he needed to update his prescription and get new frames . We did a walk in and they took him , we then returned the next day for me . The gentleman that helped my husband was very helpful and kind . I got my glasses within 2 weeks . My husbands lenses took 2 days longer then mine to arrive however we were super happy with the outcome and visit .
The people who checked me in and took my payment were very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Lisette is truly amazing- I feel comfortable that she knows her stuff but is able to listen just as well. Great personality for a doctor to have
I am very pleased with the help I received found what I was looking for, I was given all the information & options the optical was offering very nice person Dominic C was very helpful I'd highly recommend the Target optical in Van Nuys on Sepulveda good atmosphere great customer service and great selection on variety of glasses! Very satisfied.
