We are new to glasses in our family. My daughter got a pair that was far too big with our insurance, so we decided to try Target to see if we could get an affordable pair that would fit better. I lost the card with their names on it, but the two female employees working the closing shift on 3/27 were amazingly helpful. They assisted us even though they were closing in 20 min, and helped my daughter feel comfortable and confident. I went in to get my glasses tighten because they were falling off my face. The screw needed to be replaced. I was greeted by a VERY friendly young lady Jade! She replaced the screw and took very good care of me. Jade was very nice. I wasn't there to purchase anything and she still was friendly and gave me very good customer service. When I need glasses in the future I will go back there. Thanks Jade- you earned a new customer.
