After getting prescription classes from this store, I came in one day to have my glasses cleaned. The staff applied excessive heat onto the lenses and destroyed them, melting the reflective coating, leaving permanent scratch marks, rendering the glasses unwearable. When I found out and reached back at them, the interaction was excruciating, with the staff and the "manager" constantly trying to exonerate themselves and putting the burden of proof on me.
