Absolute terrible experience. Take your glasses elsewhere. I ordered two pair of glasses online. Took them in for prescription lenses. One came back ok. The other pair, took a month to come back. When it did, the arm was weak and they didn’t have the tool to fix it. Told me I needed to find it somewhere else. No help nothing. Brand be pair of glasses and they can’t help. Bad attitude on top of it. Don’t come here. Save yourself from the frustration
We went to target optical to have my glasses repair, hassler molina helped us to get it fixed, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and most definitely will refer him to our friends and family.
