I came in today for an eye appointment at 4:15 and was never greeted and basically ignored. I sat down for over 40 minutes until I just walked away. I don’t mind waiting but it was like I was invisible and couldn’t check in as everyone was busy with someone. No signs where to check in at. No acknowledgement.
