First time at Target Optical, listed on my insurance website. Arrived 10 minutes early for my exam waited in a long line for 25 minutes and when I’m finally called I am told the doctor left for today. Very disorganized and I’m disappointed I wasted my time. Will try somewhere else for my eye exam.
Sasha was very helpful when I placed a contact order! I was trying new contacts so I didn’t place the order until a few days after my appointment. There was a mix up when the previous person checked my insurance at my appointment and I placed the order for my glasses. I was told I would have funds left over for the contacts but that wasn’t the case. I explained the situation to Sasha and she said she’d look into it and call me back. Cathy was amazing. I had two separate insurances and she helped me decide which one would give me the best glasses. She was so very nice and patient.
From the doctor to the lady who had helped me purchase my two sunglasses and my potential Rx pair, everything went smoothly and so easily. I love this very helpful and friendly group!
Dr Amato is absolutely amazing and Cathy made selecting and sizing my new glasses a fun and easy process. Absolutely recommend Target Optical!
