I am not happy for the service that I received today nobody took care of me. Nobody explained to me how to use my new glasses
Service has been great. The last pair of prescription glasses came with a 15 month warranty and at 13 months my puppy got ahold of my glasses and they replaced them with a new pair. I have never had a problem. Never rushed and very helpful to get the right pair.
Great new patient experience both with the exam and navigating the insurance coverage options for glasses and contacts. Thank you Goly!
