When our old landlord sold his buildings, the new owner had Target to manage his properties. I had to call them to fix the furnace and that took almost 2 weeks to fix. Then again for a water leak from the upstairs ended up having to call the owner personally because they told him that it was fixed and no one showed up at all. So the owner fixed it himself that night.
