Moved into the property and the painting wasn’t completed. The walls that received paint were done overtop of nails and prior tenants wall hangers. Still have plaster and patch work that wasn’t ever completed. A bedroom door has no lock because they reinstalled the wrong door with the hall closet door, when they replaced the flooring. They haven’t completed anything and the property they are managing they are allow to deteriorate right before their eyes. Everything in this property is original from 1982. This is the second time I have used Jerry at Target Group and received excellent service for moisture/ mold issues. Jerry is very professional and knows his stuff. I am more than happy with his services and recommend him for anyone looking for moisture/ mold/ and related repairs.

I was very impressed with The Target Group. Jerry came out and I was given a very reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. Scott Savage and his crew oversaw the work and did an amazing job. They definitely paid attention to detail. I’m in love with the type of flooring that was suggested and Jerry was right, it was way better than the hard wood floor I had down. Scott and his crew came out daily and worked hard.
