Medical assistant / greeter was checked out and on her phone in the back, only came out when we peeked our head in the back to see if anyone was there after waiting about 5 minutes in an empty waiting room. Misread what we were there for and was embarrassed when corrected, responded with a poor attitude and walked away mid conversation. This was 11/26/24 in the evening. Very poor customer service and bedside manner. Do not recommend.
I would like to know why target kaiser is accepting non kaiser patients? As an almost 20 year member who finds it IMPOSSIBLE to schedule a timely appt. for sickness etc I CANNOT believe why kaiser would not prioritize their own high paying (in my case ) members.
