Order pick! 2:40ish Gentle men did not greet (he didn’t say one work while I picked up my order) this has never happened! I believe that’s rude period A hello would have been nice to dart off! He just seemed like he didn’t care to be there! Of course I told him have a great day! Since he wasn’t having one to begin with! So rude!
To start this off, the costumer service line is Ridiculously HORRIBLE. I tried calling for 3 days in a row and no one answered including the manger's office) that implies to me that your company is not interested in the customers questions and needs. 2- I walked into your restroom today and 3 out of your 5/6 stalls were very revolting. Your establishment should be nicely maintained and in its original form as last acquired by the janitor (I understand some guests are uncleanly), but restrooms should be checked and restocked ... read more
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BATHROOM! 2 of the stalls were unusable because they were clogged with poop and 1 stall was unusable for an unknown reason. No seat cover papers. 1 soap dispenser was completely missing. It was generally smelly. And right before seeing all this I noticed 4 employees standing around chatting happily near the cash registers. They could have been checking bathrooms instead.
A little bit smaller than what I'm used to, but I found everything I needed.
