I had a disappointing experience working with broker Ray. This was the first time in my life I received a message like this from an agent: "FYI, we have received multiple applications. Would you like us to submit yours at the asking price or slightly higher? It is up to you, just let us know." Property leasing is not rocket science, but Ray approaches it differently than those traditional property management companies where multiple individuals are often involved with doing a thing called a "job." Ray runs a business and provides an end-to-end service that speaks efficiency, professionalism, and responsiveness. He managed to lease my unit out with one showing and handled prospective tenants, HOA, and my requests with courtesy and results. I highly recommend him.
