Dr. Taha is a Very poor doctor, and he spent no time with me. So glad I went for a second opinion. I would have only one leg, if I had listened to his shoddy opinion.
NOT HAPPY ??. Diagnosed w/radial fracture in ER. Couldn’t get in to see Dr. Taha for a week and 1 1/2 weeks. When I went in for my appt. I was seen by the resident Dr. Did not receive good patient care and felt I was not being heard when I complained of severe pain. Got 2nd opinion from hand surgeon at U of M. Long story short....fracture healed malaligned and I have DRUJ Instability. Now I have to have major surgery on my wrist which could have been avoided. Unneeded costs and pain.
I shattered and dislocated my elbow rollerskating and was referred to Dr. Taha when it was found still dislocated after 10 days. Taha operated the next day, I used no narcotics (employing Tordol, Tramadol, and Tylenol instead for 24hrs then only Tylenol and ice packs!!!!!!!! at home). Dr. Taha did a phenomenal job of rebuilding my elbow and restored to full functionality following his and Heidi's orders and occupational therapy. I have no pain and cannot stress enough how great his skills are.
Never has a surgeon made me so comfortable as Dr. Taha. He was so positive even at my pre-op exam it made me just so ready to go for my wrist repair. Even though surgery can be such a scary thought I was so very comfortable and prepared.
He is a very good doctor. I was in a bad car accident . He took care of me. Had to redo my hip, he put rod in my leg cause I broke my femar in 3 places . Broke my pelvis had to put a plate in. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I can say what ever he did I hardly ever hurt . He is awesome doctor.
