Dr. El-Gammal was very pleasant, professional and thorough. He and his PA had a lot of imaging and info to digest to assess my situation. Dr. El-Gammal did a detailed and thorough physical exam. He really listened and was kind, not arrogant like other surgeons I've encountered. In my case, I did not have brachial plexal nerve compression, as I thought I had due to a prior DX.
