I was able to get an appointment same day. I saw Dr Tyson and she was wonderful! Jerome was so very helpful with picking the right pair of glasses!
RecommendedI loved my experience from start to finish here. I was in and out for my eye exam and lens fitting and Dr.Sarah was so friendly. I left with a pair of new contacts and also picked out a pair of glasses the same day. Jerome helped me to pick a new pair that was stylish and edged me slightly out of my comfort zone. I recommend Tarboro Eye Associates for their quickness to respond in a professional and ethical way to handle serious emergencies to get your eye problem under control as soon as possible. Of course this is according to how soon you came in with your problem not waiting to long to get your eye or eyes check when you have a problem.
Dr. Sarah and her staff are very courteous and very knowledgeable individuals who really care. Jerome is very nice and is very helpful and never pushy He recommends and you can tell he is really looking out for you I have never had a bad experience
What a wonderful experience we had at Tarboro Eye Associates. My oldest son hasn’t been seeing well and now “he sees everything”! The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend Tarboro Eye Associates to anyone needed superb vision care!
The Staff are all great, and treat you with Courtsey. Dr. Cayton is a wonderful doctor.
When you sit on your glasses and break them, you need help fast! Jerome fixed them for me in no time. But, I had already decided I need new glasses, since the current pair has taken much abuse. Jerome and Jamie spent a lot of time with me helping me find just the right look and the right additions to the lenses, explaining some of the new technology that's available.. I can't wait to get my new glasses (and will keep the old ones as a backup, of course)! Thanks, Jerome and Jamie, for your excellent service!
I changed my Eye Insurance to a provider that is accepted by Tarboro Eye Associates, so that Mr. Graham could assist me. On my appt in May, I got to work with the best Optical Technician in the area (Jerome Graham). He makes you feel as if you are the most important customer that he has the pleasure of working with. He would be great to provide customer service training to other business, not just eye care centers.
Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this practice. Excellent with kids.
