Tarbaby is the most knowledgeable hairstylist I know. She is a hair guru. If you want someone who will be honest with you when it comes to your hair, she is it. Janice is the ONLY person I let near my head, o-kay! She even styled my hair for my wedding! She is a true visionary and expert at everything hair and I am always amazed at her sense of style, her attention to detail and her innovations in the beauty world. 10/10 all the way around.
