I had an extremely odd request and needed new contacts fast. They were kind enough to work with me and really took the time to help even though they are not my regular eye doctor. Definitely will be looking at switching to them in the future as long as it works with my insurance. Thank you again!!

Feeling Roped OFF Had glasses made, pandemic, glasses sat for over one year. Called for me to pick up and an adjustment. The cost was $188.00 plus what ever my insurance paid. The reading area was so low I could not see out of them unless I shoved them up tight to my nose bridge and tilted my head back. They were suppose to have an area at the bottom for reading, like progressives. They said they could not make an adjustment because over one year on Prescription.
