I do not know what happened to our world but customer service just isn’t what it used to be or should be. I called Tara’s looking for homecoming flowers, from the beginning I was not warmly greeted but rather met with snarky and what felt like annoyance that I would even be calling. I continued with my order anyway since I saw beautiful work on other reviews and she was willing to take my order one week out. I ordered flowers for my nephews funeral, they were very nice and exactly how I asked them to be. I am a floral designer of 35 years and live out of state so I had to travel and couldn’t make them. We saw them and my sister and I were very happy. Thank you.
