YOU'RE the shadiest company EVER. Your maintenance refuses to fix ANYTHING. Even when it's a health hazard. Toilets, heaters, BLACK MOLD, air conditioning, spraying for bugs.. Instead Mary thinks 10 to 20 yr old appliances last FOREVER and when you request service! SHE BLAMES YOU. Have read the FAIR HOUSING ACT OR AMERICANS WUTH DISABILITIES ACT?
