The staff was friendly, timely, and actually took my concerns seriously.
I think the medical care is very good (I am lucky enough to have Dr. Tarantino himself as my doctor) but I agree with the reviewers who have said the office staff could be more personable. I find them a little curt and when I've had requests for things like records, prescription etc. I've not had the best of luck of this being dealt with in an efficient way. So that's something they could (and probably should work on). That being said, the techs are always super nice, no complaints there!!
Dr. Cho and the entire staff are professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any and all questions are answered without hesitation and the sales team for new eye glasses purchase are hands down the best I have ever dealt with.
